October 17, Saturday afternoon 4pm, the transmission in our 168,000 miles old GMC SIERRA blew out the internals on the interstate, 4 miles from our destination on Siesta Key. Monday morning contacted Jesse at Integrity, they were incredible, overnighted a new GM transmission. We got the truck back on Wednesday evening. This is not the end of the story, Thursday afternoon we heard a solid knocking sound coming from the engine. Took it to Integrity, we (Jesse and I) determined that the engine was in need of replacement, another overnighted replacement engine, it arrived with defects from the provider, Jesse got another engine on the way and had everything put back together and delivered our vehicle Thursday afternoon (we had to extend our stay an extra week). I can't find words to express my appreciation for Jesse and the staff at Integrity of Sarasota, on Stikney Point.
